A Salt & Battery is a small family run business, and as such we pride ourselves in trying to go the extra mile to make all our customers happy. Just like our Fish & Chips and all our food, we want to do it right, or not at all.

We will try to fulfill your online orders as quickly as possible, and all transactions will be shipped between Monday and Friday except holidays. If we are out of stock of your requested merchandise we will contact you by email to tell you about when we will have stock again, or what alternative we might suggest.

If you have ordered merchandise and it has arrived damaged, please contact us by email immediately, and we will begin the process of submitting a claim with UPS and replace the damaged merchandise as quickly as we can. If you have received the wrong merchandise, we will replace it with the correct merchandise as quickly as practicable, and send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect merchandise to us. If we don't receive the incorrect merchandise within fourteen (14) days, we will have to charge you for everything we have sent to you, and all shipping and handling costs associated with all the merchandise.

If you have received a T-Shirt from us, and the size is wrong, either by your mistake or ours, we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible along with a shipping label to return the wrong T-Shirt. If the mistake is ours we will send a pre-paid shipping label, if the mistake is yours we will send a return shipping address label, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement merchandise and the returned merchandise. The wrong T-Shirt must be returned to us un-worn and un-washed within fourteen (14) days, or we will not accept it as a return, and you will be charged for it.

We are constantly trying to keep this site up to date and accurate, but despite our best efforts, from time to time there may be information on this site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order) 

We think all of the above is fairly self explanatory, and above all fair to you and to us. We are trying to do the right thing by you, our valued customers and fans, and to have you do the right thing by us.
